This project focused on launching and managing the Shopify store for one of the leading shoe manufacturing companies. The objective was to create a streamlined, high-performing e-commerce presence that reflected the brand’s quality, heritage, and global appeal.
Our role included end-to-end Shopify setup—from theme customization and storefront configuration to comprehensive product catalog management. This involved structuring collections, uploading and organizing products, setting pricing, inventory, and ensuring all content aligned with the brand’s standards.
The project has helped the client establish a solid digital sales channel, making their products accessible to a wider audience and enabling direct-to-consumer growth. The store continues to be maintained and optimized for performance, customer experience, and marketing campaigns.
